How to claim your Church
The process takes a few minutes. Claims are reviewed by hand to ensure only genuine representatives can manage a listing.

Create an account or sign in
You need a free Kingdom Connect account to claim a Church. You can register with your email address or sign in instantly with Google.

Find your Church in the directory
Browse or search for your Church. On the Church detail page you will see a "Claim this Church" button — this is where the claim form opens.

Submit your claim
Fill in the short form with your role at the Church and a brief description of how you are connected — for example, a link to the Church website that lists you, or a note from the leadership team. The more specific you are, the quicker the review.

We review your claim
Every claim is reviewed manually by the Kingdom Connect team. We check that the person claiming has a genuine connection to the Church — this protects listings from being taken over by people who are not authorised representatives.

Full access granted
Once approved you will receive a notification and have full access to manage your Church listing, your Church website, events, sermons, Circles, and your inbox from the dashboard.
Common questions
What counts as proof of association?
A link to a Church website page that lists you by name, a church email address, or a brief explanation of your role (e.g. lead pastor, administrator, elder). We are not looking for legal documents — just enough to confirm you are genuinely connected.
My Church is not listed yet — what do I do?
Submit your Church for review first using the link below. Once it is approved and live in the directory, you can then claim it.

No. Claiming a Church and accessing all the management tools is completely free. There is no subscription or payment required.
Can more than one person manage a Church?
Currently the listing is managed by the person who holds the approved claim. Multi-admin team management is on the roadmap — you can vote for it in the Community section.
What if my claim is not approved?
If we cannot verify your connection from the information provided, we will contact you via your Kingdom Connect account to ask for more details. No claim is rejected without the opportunity to provide further information.
Church not on the platform yet?
If your Church is not listed yet, submit it for review. Once it's published in the directory you can claim it and gain full management access.
