Core Feature

Directory Management

Churches, Events, Ministries, and Venues — each with their own rich profile, admin tools, and optional connections to one another. Each type is fully independent: you don't need a church to add an event, and you don't need any affiliation to list a ministry.

Adding a new listing

  1. 1 Create a free account and complete your profile.
  2. 2 Use the correct route for the entity you want to publish: churches, events, and ministries have dedicated submission forms; venues start from the venue-provider flow.
  3. 3 The submission enters an admin review queue — checked against our statement of faith and community guidelines.
  4. 4 Once approved, your listing goes live in the directory automatically.
  5. 5 Manage, edit, and expand it at any time from your dashboard.

Claiming an existing listing

  1. 1 Find the existing listing in the directory.
  2. 2 Click "Claim this listing" and submit your claim with your details.
  3. 3 Admin reviews the claim to verify your connection to the entity.
  4. 4 Once approved, you gain full management access — edit, add events, manage circles, and more.
  5. 5 The listing stays live throughout; claiming doesn't take it offline.

Applies to: Churches, Events, Ministries. Venues are managed directly by whoever creates the provider account.

Church Integrations

Churches are the hub. Every other entity type connects back to them.

Events → Church Page

Every event linked to your church appears automatically in the "Upcoming Events" section on your church page and website.

Circles → Church Page

Circles created under your church appear in a dedicated section on your listing, making it easy for visitors to join small groups.

Ministries → Church Page

Ministry owners can request association with a church, and church owners can approve requests from Manage Church. Approved ministries appear on the church listing.

Bible Studies → Church Page

When church leaders share Bible study documents publicly, they appear in a "Bible Study Resources" section on the church page.

Venues → Church Page

Rooms and spaces you list for hire appear in a "Rooms for Hire" section so visitors know your space is available to the community.

Church Management

Claimed churches manage announcements, sermons, website content, circles, and contact workflows from the same dashboard area.

Church workflow

Start with search, then choose claim or submit

Churches usually already have a public directory presence or are added by someone in the congregation. The cleanest path is to search first, then either claim the existing listing or submit a new one if nothing is there yet.

  1. 1

Check whether your church is already listed

Search the churches directory first to avoid duplicate listings. If you find your church, use the claim flow instead of adding it again.

  2. 2

Claim the listing if it already exists

Open the church profile and start the claim process. Claims are reviewed by admin before ownership is assigned to your account.

    Go to church claim guidance
  3. 3

Submit a new church if it is not listed yet

Use the dedicated Add Church form to send your church details, service information, images, and contact details for review.

    Open Add Church
  4. 4

Wait for review, then manage from your dashboard

Once approved or claimed, you can update the listing, manage announcements, circles, sermons, inbox items, and unlock the church website builder.

Ready to claim or add your church?

Start by checking whether your church is already listed. Claiming keeps the existing listing live while your ownership request is reviewed. New churches can be submitted through the dedicated add form.
