How to Add Your Church to Kingdom Connect
Listing your church on Kingdom Connect helps people in your area discover your congregation and learn about your faith community. This guide walks through every step of the submission form.
Step 1 — Church Details
Church Name is required. Choose the full, official name of your church as you would like it to appear on the platform.
Description — Use the text editor to write a welcoming overview of your church. You can format the text with bold, bullet points, and headings. This is the first thing visitors will read, so a warm and informative description makes a real difference.
Main Image — Upload a photo of your church building, congregation, or logo. Images are automatically resized and compressed, so you do not need to resize them beforehand. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP.
Step 2 — Location
Use the location search bar to type your church address. A map will appear with a pin placed at the matched location. If the pin is not in exactly the right position, you can drag it to the correct spot on the map. The address, latitude, and longitude fields will update automatically.
A confirmed location is required before you can proceed.
Step 3 — Contact, Social, and Church Details
Contact information
- Email address is required. Use a general contact email rather than a personal one where possible.
- Phone number is optional.
- Use the Display Phone and Display Email toggles to control whether these details appear publicly on your listing. If toggled off, the details are stored but not shown to visitors.
- Website — Your church's main website (optional).
Church Labels
Two optional labels can be applied to your listing to help people find churches that match their background:
- Spirit Filled — Tick this if your church operates in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
- Five-Fold Ministry — Tick this if your church recognises and functions in the five-fold ministry offices (apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and teacher).
Social Media Links
Optionally add your church's Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube page URLs. These will appear as clickable icons on your listing.
Leadership Team
Add one or more leaders using the Add Leader button. For each leader, enter a title (e.g. Senior Pastor, Elder, Associate Pastor) and their name. You can add as many leaders as needed and remove any entry using the remove button beside it.
Meeting Times
Use the free-text area to describe when your church meets. For example: "Sunday 10:30am | Wednesday 7pm House Groups". This field is flexible — write it in whatever way best represents your schedule.
Photo Gallery
Upload up to five additional photos of your church, congregation, or events. Each image can be previewed and removed before submitting. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP.
Step 4 — Accessibility and Additional Information
This step helps visitors understand practical details before attending. All fields in this section are optional, but completing them can make your listing far more useful.
- Travel and Parking — Add a short heading and a description to explain how to get to your church and where to park.
- Nearest Public Transport — List any nearby bus stops, train stations, or tram routes.
- Accessibility Notes — Describe any wheelchair access, hearing loops, or other accessibility provisions.
- Languages Spoken — List any languages spoken during services, separated by commas (e.g. English, Polish, Yoruba).
- Childcare — Describe any crèche, children's church, or Sunday school provision.
- Livestream URL — If your services are broadcast online, add the URL here.
- Giving / Donations URL — If your church has an online giving page, add it here.
- Contact Person — Optionally name a specific person visitors can contact.
- Typical Attendance — An approximate number of regular attendees (optional).
Statement of Faith Agreement
Before submitting, you will be asked to confirm that your church holds to the core Christian faith as outlined in the platform's statement of faith. This is a requirement for all church listings to ensure the directory reflects genuine Christian congregations. Tick the box to confirm your agreement.
After Submission
Once submitted, your church listing will be reviewed by the Kingdom Connect team. You will receive an email notification once it has been approved and published. In the meantime, you can edit your submission at any time from your account dashboard.
