By accessing or submitting content to this website, you confirm that you are authorised to represent the church, event, or organisation being submitted and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Eligibility
To use this site and submit listings, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Have the authority to post on behalf of the organisation or event
3. Submission Review and Approval
All listings and community submissions are subject to review and moderation before going live where moderation applies.
- We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any content deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, promotional without value, or in violation of our policies
- We may contact you for verification or clarification
4. Content Guidelines
When submitting listings, announcements, or posting content:
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or offensive content
- Ensure all materials (text, logos, images) are your own or used with permission
- Avoid advertising services unrelated to church ministry or community events
- Engage respectfully and in accordance with Christian principles
5. Use of Information
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform and associated channels for service delivery and promotion.
6. Community and Circle Announcements
Kingdom Connect provides community features, including circles and church announcements. If you publish into these features, you are responsible for ensuring the content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the audience and visibility selected.
We may remove or restrict announcements or community content that breaches these Terms, applicable law, or safeguarding expectations.
7. Spaces for Hire
Listing a space for hire is subject to separate Spaces for Hire Terms. By registering as a space provider, you agree to both these Terms and the Spaces for Hire Terms. Paid features (Plus and Premium tiers) are billed monthly via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any listings or other user-submitted content
- We are not responsible for interactions between users and listed churches or event organisers
- Event details (for example times and locations) may change and should always be verified with the organiser
9. Termination and Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any listing or content at our discretion
- Suspend or permanently ban users for breaches of these terms
10. Platform Purpose and Positive Conduct
This platform is intended for Christians and those exploring Christianity to connect, encourage, and build up the body of Christ. Users are expected to engage in a positive and uplifting manner. In all interactions, content, and discussions, users should follow principles such as:
- Doing what is good, lovely, and of good report (Philippians 4:8)
- Maintaining a spirit of encouragement and support for others
- Promoting harmony and avoiding content that creates discord or debate about other religions
This is a space for encouragement, learning, and connection, not for arguments, negative commentary, or contentious debates.
